Price Drop - Thank you!

Earlier this month we booked a cruise for October. Checked today and there was a $60 decrease in price. Immediately e-mailed the form and within an hour I received a confirmation and documents reflecting a revised final payment.

It pays to book ES. When I noticed the price drop on our upcoming sailing, I contacted Carnival and now I have a $120 OBC. That's why we'll be Platinum this cruise. We love Carnival.:D

If you book Fun Saver, which I think means they choose your cabin for you within a given category, and then the price drops, do you get on-board credit for that, or are you mostly out of luck? The price on my cruise dropped a total of $41 after I booked, from $612 to $571.

You received a confirmation within an hour, that is awesome. My reply was it could take 7-10 business days. It is great to check daily though as the prices do change often. :)

The form is "Early Protection Claim form." You can complete this on-line and send.

 

David, I don't really know the answer to your question. However, I would send in the request. All they can do is say no.

What if the price drops for a "guaranteed" balcony room, but the category you booked (i.e. 8B, 8C etc..) has not decreased, are you still eligible for an OBC or refund?
