ck3mcpherson Posted April 15, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2005 Has anyone done the SNUBA experience on their own. I found the website to book it,but was not informed what time I could schedule. I have never snorkeled before and can swim but not a lot of water experience. It says in the information that it is for non swimmers of all ages. Just wondering if anyone has done it and what they thought. Also, what time. Can I just pick any time?
Lisa & Rane Posted April 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2005 We were told that KirkSeaTours has arrangements with the cruise ships, so if you are a passenger, you need to book through the ship. We are booked on this excursion in May, and we have a 1 pm time. HTH- Lisa
picktowncruzr Posted May 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted May 14, 2005 We did Snuba a few years ago. Booked through carnival. I'm a big chicken and wasn't sure if I could do it, but it was great! The hardest part is passing the 'test' when they do the instruction at the beginning. Once you get started, you will absolutely love it! You don't have to be a strong swimmer.
