Ostrich for dinner?

I see that Curacao has an ostrich farm, which makes me think that there might be ostrich meat on the menu somewhere?

 

Is there a restaurant (preferably near the pier) that serves good ostrich at a reasonable price? Both hubby and I love ostrich, but none of our local restaurants serve it anymore.

I have no knowledge of other restaurants serving ostrich on the island. The Zambesi restaurant at the Ostrich farm is extremely good. The food is excellent and the ambience is awesome. Should you have a late departure I definitely recommend having dinner there and sit by the camp fire afterwards.

It is a bit far out, though, so keep the timing in mind. (about 20 - 25 minutes drive)

Thank you! Our ship will be there until 11:00pm EDT, so I don't think we have to worry too much about timing. The ostrich steak sounds delish!
