We are going to be on the Jewell of the Sea in a couple of weeks. Do you know if that ship has wireless internet available? If so, is there a charge?

There is no wireless Internet on the Jewel of the Seas.

Public terminals go at a rate of 0,50 / minute.

 

Cyber Cabin hook up is availabel on the Jewel for about 100 USD for 10-12 days.

Does anyone know if the cabin hook-ups are the higher speed or similar to a 56K dialup? Is the $100.00 price totally inclusive - no limit on time or cost per minute?

Last year on the Jewel the speed was between 42 - 49 kbps. The price is unlimited access. But I have correct myself, it was $100 on a 10 night cruise and $120 on a 12 night.

I´ll know the current prices and connection rates in 2 more days.:D
