How to spend 3 hours?

In two weeks, I'll be in St. Kitts for the first time. My excursion will have me back to the ship 3 hours before I need to be back onboard. I like to spend as much time in port as possible, so I don't really want to get back on the ship that early. Does anyone have suggestions for how DH and I can spend 3 hours? Something close to the cruise pier and not too expensive, like a beach or place to grab a drink and a bite to eat? Is there a shopping area to browse around right off the pier?

There's a really nice shopping area on the pier right by the ships. All the regular jewelry, designer things & souvenirs stores.

There were several places to eat &/or drink. We had good sandwiches and drinks on a covered porch with a view of the water. Sorry but I don't remember the name.

There was a casino there too but we didn't go in.

Overall very nice, colorful, "upscale-kinda" shopping area.
