Quick Dream Debarkation Question

Sailing the Dream in December and we are looking at return flights from Orlando. What is the earliest you can get off the ship on debarkation day?

They say dont book before 1 pm out of Orlando, (which is one of the furthest airports from the port, so a little extra time needed for shuttles and all that).

 

I would not book until the afternoon, even if someone says they got off at 8 am.

 

I have had a record number of debarkations that didnt go so well, full customs, fog, hurricanes, ecstasy broke the dock (that cost us 2 hours getting off the ship and some missed flights they were too optimitic booking).
