Tipping at excursions and taxis

Hi, I will be going to Mr. Sancho's AI in April with my DH and DS and was wondering what amount is appropriate for tipping the waiters. Is it 20% like restaurants, more then that cause it's all day or less then that? I have never been to a place like this so not too sure of the way it is. I also read on a different thread that you should not tip the taxi's. Is this the case or is that not true and do you give them a couple dollars each way?

We tipped the waiter about 20+% at the end of the day and a few $$ to the bartender. I always tip cab drivers 10-20% for good service - worldwide!

I always tip the cab drivers at least a couple of bucks.

 

If your AI waiter was good, definitely slip them $10 or $20 bucks at the end of the day. I wonder is giving them $10 at the beginning will really assure good service?
