Cassis

Hi

Will be on first cruise and stopping in Toulon for the day. The ship has a trip to Cassis which looks interesting, however, unsure whether it is suitable for my friend. He has mobility problems (his balance is not good)and will most probably use a walker or a folding wheelchair. How difficult is Cassis to get about.

Thanks.

Cassis is a cute, small town with narrow streets and sidewalks where there are small candy and gelatto shops, cafes and boutiques. If your friend can manage getting in and out of a car or on and off a bus, he shouldn't have any problems walking there. He can look down at the beach, but would have a difficult time getting down to the beach though
