i just tried and the email bounced.

carnival states that they are not capable of receiving emails

We have stayed in touch with a dining room hostess, but it is her personal address, do not know otherwise.

You could email the steakhouse possibly to give them a message. Just put the first two letters of the ships name in front of steakhouse@carnival.com. E.g. Dream would be drsteakhouse or Legend would be lesteakhouse

email first 2 letters of ships name XXmaitred@carvnival.com. Worked for me a couple of weeks ago to reserve chefs table for our cruise on Fantasy 2/20

Carnival has asked many times that guests not attempt direct contact with crew for cruise related purposes.

I've gotten numerous emails recently from folks who tried to contact the Maitre d' directly and the emails have been returned. I suspect that Carnival has done this to help minimize the staff's workload.
