misstopgun Posted February 10, 2012 #5 Share Posted February 10, 2012 Does anyone know if there is any way to email a Maitre'd on one of the ships? You could email the steakhouse possibly to give them a message. Just put the first two letters of the ships name in front of steakhouse@carnival.com. E.g. Dream would be drsteakhouse or Legend would be lesteakhouse

*Mach* Posted February 11, 2012 #8 Share Posted February 11, 2012 Carnival has asked many times that guests not attempt direct contact with crew for cruise related purposes. I've gotten numerous emails recently from folks who tried to contact the Maitre d' directly and the emails have been returned. I suspect that Carnival has done this to help minimize the staff's workload. :)
