We did not eat at the fish and chip restaurant but there were many there every day for lunch.

Thanks for repying. We're booked on Valor/Glory in Dec. I'm sure I'll like the f-n-c as I'm easy to please. Like finding reviews now we're booked.

Who was the piano player in the piano bar? Was he/she good?

The piano bar was a hoot. I don't remember her name but she was fantastic. The passengers are always ready to sing and when the music is good it is a fun tie. You will enjoy if she is still there when you go

This could be a good thread. We'll all throw questions at you and help create your review. I heard they film the line at Guest Services and edit out the best tip-stiffers and show it on the big screen. Did you see any funny ones?

We were too busy on the islands and did not spend much time infront of the big screen, although it is awesome. They did show great movies and concerts, especially Billy Joel

Cozumel, Costa Maya, Roatan, Grand Caymen

Exactly what we're doing on March 18th... Can you tell me please what you did at each port? Also, is there a middle dining room and what is it called? Is regular sitting upstairs or downstairs?

Anything/everything you can tell us would be great... Thanks so much

Hello. Same here...March 18th out of Miami. :D

To be somewhat selfish ( :) ) I am interested in your excursions and whether you booked via CCL or not. We did not book through CCL for our first cruise...but it seems that the chance of missing a port due to poor weather happens more in the Winter than Summer.

Kids really want to do a swimming with the Dolphins excursion and perhaps a zip lining. Cozumel we're thinking about doing the Paradise Beach thing.

Not sure if we were to miss port how painful it could be to get our money back. I'm not that interested in getting OBC straight-away, but would like to get it back if we had to miss a port.

Thanks in advance!

How was embarkation and dis-embarktion ?

What cabin were you in ?

Both were a breeze. We got to the port at 10:15 and were on the ship at 11:15. We had a 3pm flight so we waited until they called the last group around 10. The luggage is on an airport style carousel. We found it quickly and we were done - too easy.

We had the best cabin EVER 7440, aft wrap. two huge windows and a 50' wrap. Yoman our cabin steward was the best we have had in 11 cruises.

What is the one MUST DO on the ship?

There are so many:

- get a martini at the casino bar - excellent

- watch the billy joel concert on deck 9 on the big screen

- dance at 12am in the ivory bar

- order choc cake from room service at 1am

- the list goes on

I'm sailing Glory in May. Did everything seem clean and well-maintained? Which cabin were you in? Did you go to White Heat, was the DJ good? Did kids stay out of Serenity? AHHHHH SO EXCITED

The ship was very clean. There was that yucky virus going on so the crew were wiping, wiping, wiping. There were 20 in our group. The boys went off on their own at night. We ten girls went to white heat and danced, danced danced. You will enjoy.

Yes, kids are NOT ALLOWED in Serenity!!!!! Enjoy your cruise

Did the captian ever blow the horn? We sailed the Glory Jan 18th and the horn was NEVER blown , Not even at sail away

No, the horn was never blown, nor were there announcements about disembarking at the ports. We just looked over the balcony, saw passengers getting off and off we went too.
