Half Moon Cay

I was looking around at pictures of Half Moon Cay and saw some aerial shots of the island. It looks like there are some paths through the trees to the other side of the island. We've been there once before but didn't do much exploring. Can you walk these paths?? Or are they just for those that work on the island?

yep, walk away, it all marked. They use them for the bikes you can rent too. Last April on our HAL cruise the wind was hitting the far side of the island so the stingrays were cancelled but we walked over to were they are and got a few pics

there are some beautiful walking paths around Half Moon Cay. You can always hop on one of the shuttles to get you back to the port area :)

We walked several miles last time were were there, nice paths and nice to get away from the busy area....

There is a ton of trails and miles of beach that 99% of people never see, if you are an active person take advantage of the island!:)

Hubby and I spent about 2 hours hiking around the island without seeing another single person. Just take a water bottle with you!

I have seen some short trails that I walked on but didnt realize they had ones that were so long.

I wondered to the other side and found a nice secluded beach with a few folks have a good time. When I walked up, I noticed they were topless and felt like a big perv. They were super cool about it and laughed. I was quite embarrassed when I ran into them later in the elevator, but we all giggled like little kids about it.
