Thinking about dinning at Cagney's on the Gem CTN this Saturday. I understand there are some items with additional surcharges on top of the $25 dinning fee. Does anyone know what items this includes and the exact amounts?

I recall a $10 top-charge for Lobster and a $10/pp top-charge for 32oz steak for two.

NCL's website says that the Sun's steakhouse has a "pick-your own" lobster tank - is this still around? None of the other NCL ships we have sailed had that, looking forward to our October cruise on the Sun..
