Does CCL touchup wedding or VW photos?

My FI and I have decided that we are pretty much switching our embarkation day wedding to a vow renewal, but are still weighing out some of the pros and cons. Does anyone know if they retouch wedding or vow renewal photos? We were looking at the price list and it's not mentioned, but some of their prices seem steep if this service isn't included.

For our wedding photos, our photographer did edit them. He did most of it before he showed them to us. There was 1 that we wanted changed/fixed and he did it for us.
