Krasdude Posted April 19, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 19, 2005 I have heard it can be noisy when arriving in port, usually in the am. Especially if they drop the anchor ... least that’s what I have read and heard ... FWIW ...
rberne1 Posted April 19, 2005 #3 Share Posted April 19, 2005 You should be fine with that one. Our friends had 6001 and asked to be moved because they were directly over the stage on deck 5. Way too loud! They also mentioned the wind you get in the bow cabins. We always have a port side, aft cabin and love it there. Twice now on the TP, matter of fact. A great cruise! Kissara22 Posted April 19, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 19, 2005 We have booked 7023 balcony bow/starboard, ...I figured 7 decks at least up, ...the noise shouldn't be that big of a problem, ..am I wrong in this assumption? I also just want to let everyone know that we have an 11/20/05 thread going for the Tahitian Princess, ..Please join us on the Roll Call forum. C&R Posted April 19, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 19, 2005 Hi, We stayed in 7021, it was the perfect location !!! Cabin was one of the best we've stayed in, very roomy & very quiet no noise can be heard from the anchors. Practicaly perfect in every way!!! She is a beautiful ship, and the cruise we did to the south pacific was the best holiday we've ever had.We are at present looking to go on her again and stay in the same cabin.:D
