When I was about 8 or 9 we took a cruise on American Family Cruises. I know they didn't last too long. I assume that since it was so family oriented it couldn't sell well durring non-school-vacation-times. I remember having a great time (even though I got a nasty ear infection). Just wondering if anyone else remembers going on AFC?

I was on that ship, but when it was the Costa Riviera in 1985 (the former Guglielmo Marconi). It only lasted 8 months before it went back to Costa. She was scrapped by 2002. Sad.

Same here, went on American Family Cruises when I was 10 or so. Had a fun time as well but don't remember much of it. I just remember being in awe of how blue the water is. :)
