Cruise Elegant Evenings

The length of the cruise determines the number of Cruise Elegant evenings in the Dining Room. The first Cruise Elegant evening is scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd day of the cruise; the second Cruise Elegant evening is scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd day prior to the end of the cruise, schedules permitting.

  • 1-day cruise: none
  • 2-day to 5-day cruise: one Cruise Elegant evening
  • 6-day or longer cruise: two Cruise Elegant evenings
  • Note exception: Carnival Magic Europe 7-day and 9-day: one Cruise Elegant evening

Actual days will be dependent on your actual cruise itinerary.

Can't tell you exactly what days will be your Cruise Elegant Night, because they do change depending on the itinerary and if there are any holidays or national events. Most 8 day cruises will have 2 Elegant nights, except on some European and Mediterranean sailings

But I can tell you what nights they will not be:

- It will not be the first night on board (embarkation night).

- It will not be the night before you disembark. They need time to process and sell the photos that people pose for on elegant night.

- It will not be a any night following a port that sail away is after 3pm. Example: my upcoming caribbean cruise we will be in Grand Turk w/ a 3pm sail away so this could be a Elegant night, but there is no way it will be either of the next 2 port days because we leave HMC at 5pm and Nassau @ 6pm.
