Shore Excursions Group (tour operator) feedback?

Has anyone used Shore Excursions Group, whose trips are also marketed through a major online cruise seller? If so, would you recommend them and what was your experience? They look appealing because they say they guarantee your return to the ship or they compensate you (expenses +$500). We are thinking of taking their Cave Tubing tour from NCL Spirit on 2/29. Thanks!

I used them in St. Thomas. We actually were placed with the people who bought the same excursion from the ship, but we paid a lot less and got to do an activity at the venue that was not offered by the ship. My only complaint was that they did not tell us that we would be with the ship excursion. We were confused on where to go for meeting the tour because we saw the ship people, but did not think that we would be with them for our excursion. The emailed meeting directions were not very clear. We ended up walking around for quite a while looking for the tour. It was not so bad, but it was very hot, and we were worried that we would not find them and miss our excursion.
