Carnival Beach Excursions

Need opinions on Carnivals beach excursions in Montego Bay. One is the Irie Mon beach party and the other one is The Seawinds. Has anyone done either of these and were they worth it? Would you do it again? Need help in deciding. We don't want to get a cab to go anywhere. Thanks.
