Thank You for booking postcards

My fiance and I are getting married on the Carnival Dream February 9, 2013 and our group booking period is just about coming to an end, since we live so far away from all of our family and friends I have decided to send "Thank you for booking" postcards to everyone that has reserved a cabin (16 cabins booked and counting!). Got them for free off of vistaprint of course :)

This is a great idea. I have also heard of people sending "Sorry we will miss you" postcards for those not booking but sending them with just enough time for them to still book. I stole the quote below from a post on another site.

" Sorry we will miss you on our wedding cruise, you will be in our hearts.

If this is an oversight please contact our travel agent by xx/xx/xxxx and she will take care of you."
