Good Snorkeling at Bannister Island?

Has anyone snorkeled at BI? I read that you pay an additional $20 to snorkel but is it worth it? We are torn between going to BI or snorkeling Sergeant's Cay. Would like some beach time too. Thanks~

We went to Bannister Island a week ago. There really is not much to see in the water. Also if you decide to go, I would take water shoes. The entrance to the water has rocks and shells that really hurt your feet. Also so many people there, some did not even have chairs as the place was overbooked. Really disappointed with this excursion.

We were there two weeks ago and there is not good snorkeling there.
