if walking/hiking difficult, what to do?

We are going to Dominica in October. It seems the popular tours are what we should see and do while there. My father would not be able to hike up or down anything to see the falls, pools, etc. While he wouldn't mind waiting while the rest of us see these sights, I wouldn't want him just sitting in the van waiting. Would any of it be enjoyable to him?

 

We have 22 in our group on the ship. Not sure exactly how many may want to participate. But, which tour guide would be able to accomodate more than 4 - 6 of us?
