eandx Posted March 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2012 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: DELAYED EMBARKATION On the current sailing of Ruby Princess there has been an increase in the number of cases of gastrointestinal illness amongst passengers. The suspected cause is Norovirus which is widely circulating throughout North America. The ship will undergo a comprehensive disinfection on Sunday, March 4. Embarkation time has been delayed to 3:00 pm. Please plan on arriving to the pier as scheduled. To ensure a smooth start to your voyage, normal check-in procedures will be conducted at the Broward County Convention Center which is located at 1950 Eisenhower Boulevard, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316. This is within walking distance and directly across from Cruise Terminal 4, Port Everglades. Please drop off your luggage at Cruise Terminal 4 before proceeding to the Convention Center for cruise check-in. Once you have completed check-in you can relax in the Convention Center where we will provide complimentary water, ice tea, lemonade and coffee. Food may be purchased from concession stands. Restaurants are also within walking distance on 17th Street Causeway. We will provide complimentary shuttle busses between the Convention Hope they do a good job i know from CC to wash wash wash but i have bought germicidal clorox wipes for the cabin.
