Recommended Posts

I'm getting married October 1st onboard the carnival paradise in Tampa. I decided to go to Michaels and make my own silk flowers.

Very Pretty, I have the same plan. It is great to see it done so beautifully. Your pics put my mind at ease.

I have read of many brides ordering the fake flowers that have what has been described as a "real" look. With my budget, I had planned on going this route and putting that $$ elsewhere.

I spent just under $300 at Michaels and sd floral supply

I have made 4 beautiful bouquets, 7magnetic boutonnieres 2magnetic Corsages 1 wrist corsage and my cake topper still need to make my mothers rose for vase and have a beautiful assortment left over that I will put together in a bouquet and take to cemetery before we leave.

let me try to upload some photos here... I've had 4 people try to smell them LMBO

the bouquets were easy about 2 hours total for each one...

my youngest daughters was a little harder (not pictured) it has a silver rose ring holder as the center flower. it was just a little awkward to hold and wrap to.

the boutonnieres and corsages I played with for a few days and when i got the idea of what i wanted i put each one together in 30 min or less. very easy to make.

the cake topper i worked on for days... it sat on my table and i picked at it added flowers took out flowers added more, moved them around... LOL it was fun and I'm happy the way it turned out.
