It's free from 5am to midnight, between those hours there is a small surcharge. Usual recommendation for the tip is $1-2 per person eating or per dish delivered.

Yes , except for pizza . Its a whole pie ($5) . We tip $2 for general room service.(1or2 items) ;)

If you order after midnight until 5 a.m., there is a charge -- I believe $3.95 per order. The rest of the time, room service is free. Tip $1 or $2 depending upon the size of the order.

 

Pizza is $5 to be delivered anywhere on the ship.
