ok another ? about upgrades, sorry

Just checked the fareviewer web site for Carnival. we have category 8C. they are posting free upgrades from 8a & 8b to 8c and higher categories. I'm guessing that a&b are the lower end of cat.8 and that it doesn't apply to us.

 

our TA is on vac.so can't ask her.
