Boarding time for Elation??

I've ready several reviews of Elation looking for boarding times. Some mention boarding as early as 10:30. It's the first cruise for my in-laws and I want to book the Behind the Scenes tour which needs to be booked as soon as possible as it has very limited size. We've taken the tour before and thought they would enjoy it.

 

Can anyone confirm the time that that you can begin boarding Elation?

Sometime between 11:30 and 12:00.

I have sailed out of the NOLA port and the EARLIEST that I have ever been able to board was 11. We got their earlier because someone said that you could board earlier and believe me...they wouldn't let us. We had to sit and wait.

Last time we cruised the Elation out of Mobile (May 2011) we were onboard by 11:15
