califgary Posted March 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2012 Can you reserve the landtours of the land portion of a cruisetour ahead of time like when youre on the ship? Ive heard you have to wait until you arrive to reserve those but am asking the first-rate folks in the know what the actual word is! Any info appreciated as always! Yes, you may reserve ahead of time. They will show up in your cruise personalizer when the excursions open up for your cruise. For instance in Alaska we reserved Sun Dog kennels(very interesting, fun, tour) on the personalizer ,but we had to pay for it or give a credit card to reserve it. This was unlike all the ports on the cruise portion where you can reserve and it will charge with your credit card on file with Princess the day of the tour. It wasn't a problem, but just different. I am not sure if all of the land tours through Princess are like that, but when you see them on the personalizer it will tell you. What type of land tour are you doing or thinking about? This may help someone answer more directly.
