Price drop question

I have recently read about getting OBC or money back on a cruise that has already been booked and paid for when the fare for that same package drops. My question is this.. can you still qualify for the discount if you are booked with an outside travel agent and didn't book thru Carnival directly? Do you contact the agency to possibly get the lower fare or do you contact Carnival directly? Im cruising in 1 month.

Since you cruise in one month, you would only get price drops if you booked ES.

With ES, you can get price drops up to 2 business days before sail date.

If you booked with a TA, the TA would have to submit the form. If you booked through Carnival directly, you submit the form.
