Baja Paradise, Port or Starboard?

This site is great! I have learned so much already. I have been a member for some time, but this is my first post here on CC.

 

Thanks to everyone for the fantastic information on here! Much appreciated! :D

 

We are booked on Paradise 10/24/05, this is our first cruise. I was just wondering if we were to upgrade to an outside cabin which side would be the best to upgrade to, port or styarboard? Or it may not matter, not sure. :)

 

Would like to have a view of the ports like Catalina.

 

Does anyone know which is the best, or which side the ship docks?

The ship does not dock in Catilina. It anchors and tenerizes to the shore.

 

I was on the starboard side. Looking away from the Queen Mary Hotel. Not much to see in Ensenada's port also.

I had read of not much a view in Ensenada, but thought I would ask if one side was better.

I've been on this cruise twice- one port and the other starboard side with balconies. The port side gives you a nice view of Catalina while the ship is anchored. In Ensendad, there is not much to see while you are in port.
