Crowds with 3 ships in port

My wife and I are coming into St. Thomas on May 22 on the Oasis of the Seas. I looked at the schedule and noticed the Carnival Dream and Carnival Freedom will also be in port that day.

I've heard some talk about crowded beaches at places like Meagan's Bay and Sapphire Beach. I know Oasis is a large ship, but I am unfamiliar with the other two.

Any thoughts on how crowded it might?

Since the Oasis docks at Crown Bay and Carnival docks at Havensight, visitors now spread out to more destinations than they did a few years ago.

Many people who dock at Crown Bay have "discovered" Emerald Beach, because it's a short cab ride away so you get maximum beach time.

Here's my slideshow of Emerald Beach.

Carnival ships dock at Havensight, so they're more likely to go to Magens or Sapphire. However, the better snorkeling beaches are on the East End of St Thomas, because nature blessed that area with more coral reefs.
