I think the answer should be yes, but does anyone know if the VIP Casino rate can be used for an early saver price reduction? The rate is being offered to us on the Carnival website, just not sure if it counts as a Carnival advertised rate available to the general public.

I know you have to be a member of the player's club to get it, but anyone can sign up for the player's club. It seems less exclusive than past guest or state-specific rates, which do qualify for price matches. I guess I'll submit it and see what happens. Worst case, they say no.
