I think the answer should be yes, but does anyone know if the VIP Casino rate can be used for an early saver price reduction? The rate is being offered to us on the Carnival website, just not sure if it counts as a Carnival advertised rate available to the general public.

VIP Casino Rate is not available to everyone. Usually by invitation only.

I know you have to be a member of the player's club to get it, but anyone can sign up for the player's club. It seems less exclusive than past guest or state-specific rates, which do qualify for price matches. I guess I'll submit it and see what happens. Worst case, they say no.

FYI, I was told they cannot match to the Casino VIP rate. Of course, there are three threads on here that I have found where they did match to the Casino VIP rate, so who knows.
