lisatx04 Posted March 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2012 We are looking at cruising MOS next March. It will be DH, me, DD and DS. We will have 2 cabins: a balcony and an inside stateroom. There is a hump balcony available. Is there an inside stateroom across from a hump cabin? If we don't get a hump, a regular balcony is fine. I have read so much about hump cabins that I want to try it. The WOW sale is next week. Do you think I should book it then or wait? The reduced deposit isn't a game changer for me. We may be traveling with extended family, but am not sure. We are looking at spring break week so I want to book before it is sold out. Thanks! TXSAIL Posted March 23, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2012 There are no inside cabins across from hump cabins. We just got off the Mariner Mar 18 , and booked again for April 2013 , and I could not get a deck 7 hump, as the ship is selling fast....
cb at sea Posted March 23, 2012 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2012 The stairs and elevators are across from the hump cabins. There is no size advantage on the Voyager or Freedom class ships.....it's purely convenience. If you can book an inside and balcony across from each other NEAR the hump, you're golden! Very convenient location, and quick access to your kids.
cruzin lady Posted March 24, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 24, 2012 Book soon, because you will have a better choice of cabins Spring break res go quickly. We book as soon as the sailings are posted, because we only sail in hump junior suites. Spoiler??? Youbetcha. LOL Cruzin Lady
lisatx04 Posted March 24, 2012 Author #5 Share Posted March 24, 2012 Thank you all. We will go ahead and book an ocean view balcony with the kids in an inside cabin. This is going to be a slow year...
