WOW sale help

Recommended Posts

I booked a cruise in 2013 the day the Wow sale was announced. I did not see the announcement till after I booked. I have now decided that the next cruise- same itinerary , leaves when the other gets back- would suit me better as far as the dates go. I went to book that cruise and was told that I would not be eligible for the WOW sale credits- $200 for this cruise. I am in Australia and the sale has been on here since yesterday. I can't see why I would not be eligible as it is not the same cruise. Help!! Jennie

Not sure the rules in Australia but in the US if you cancel and rebook a DIFFERENT cruise and the wow sale is STILL going then you do get the same benefits..however, if the sale is over you can not change ships or dates without losing the 1/2 deposit and OBC.

The offer IS actually available in Australia - we just have different dates to you guys. Ours started on Sunday night and goes for 3 days- other than that the terms and conditions seem identical. Jennie
