Having problems entering MY FCC on website http://www.carnival.com/fcv. I enter all the info and hit submit and it just sits there. I tried Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Anyone else having this problem? Any help?

I had trouble entering my mom's over the weekend. I called yesterday morning and did it over the phone. They were very helpful.

Just an FYI... I got an email confirmation saying that they were running behind with processing and it could take up to 3 - 4 weeks before your cruise before it was processed. Of course, within 5 more minutes I received another email confirmation saying it would be processed within 5 - 7 business days. I got these same emails when I did my FCC a couple of months ago and it was processed within the 7 business days.

Had the same problem the last two times. Just called my PVP and he had in done in a minute.

Agree with what others are saying. I called my PVP (or you can just call the general number) and have them enter the info for you.

I just used one. Didn't even bothering going online, just called my PVP and she took care of it for me. Showed up on my account today so it took 6 business days.
