NYC to Bermuda

Recommended Posts

Not sure if this is the right forum but, we are thinking of going on the summit from NYC to Bermuda in early July.

Can anyone tell me what the waves are like in the Atlantic between those ports at that time of year, assuming there is no hurricane presence.

Thank you.

If there are are no tropical storms or hurricanes you could expect seas from about 2-10 feet. It would be on the lower end if the Bermuda high is over the region with little going on. It would be toward the higher end if a mid-latitude cyclone / front passes by or if there are stronger gradient winds produced by the combination of a storm and high pressure area.

Certainly not going to argue with that accurate assessment! :)

That covers all the bases! LOL
