Access your booking?

Would you please check to see if it's just me or the carnival's website is acting up again? When I log in, I can see all of the reservations in my profile. When I click on the "View Cruise Details" to print my boarding pass, I get kicked back to the Welcome Aboard! screen, telling me to enter my info to access my booking. When I do, it get the "There was a problem retrieving your booking (9998)." error. Thank you.

It's working for me, just tried.

 

When all else fails, a reboot seems to help, if you haven't tried that. Also make sure you are in compatibility mode.
