Just received two Future Cruise Certificates in today's mail with a letter from Sebastian Drakalovich, dated 4/5/12, for the cancelled 3/26/12 Quest cruise.

 

The letter states that "...we are eager to restore your confidence, regain your goodwill, and demonstrate that the unsatisfactory aspects of your cruise are not our norm".
