Taxi to Brugges

Can anybody help me, I have tried to book a taxi with Brugges taxi services as recommended by fellow cruisers on this site from Zeebrugge to Brugges, their initial response was good and they confirmed their prices, unfortunately they have ignored my e mails since. Can anybody please recommend another taxi company that will collect us from the ship and return us later in the day. There are four if us travelling in June. Thank you For any suggestions.
