Carnival Breeze in Europe

DW and I just booked a 12 day Mediterranean cruise on the Carnival Breeze leaving October 25, and we have a bunch of questions; new ship and new location. What's the weather like that time of year? What's the dress on board for dinner? From the plans, I couldn't tell what's in the add-on cost spa, and what's still provided at no additional cost in the gym/saunas. What's the difference in the 12 day menus compared to the 7 day menus. Thanks for any advice.
