B2b-will acct balance carry over?

No, each cruise is independent of each other. You will close out your onboard account and receive your S&S charges just as if you were leaving the ship for good.

Not even any casino credits are held over. On change over morning you will be escorted off the ship and re-checked in and given new S&S cards.

I would make them either split the OBC or make them apply the whole $200 to the 1st week. If they leave it as it is, then you won't have access to it until the 2nd week.

We got a check at the end of our first cruise for the OBC we didn't spend. Luckily, we had a ton of OBC on the second cruise, but I think we still had a small balance at the end of the second cruise. So are you guys saying that we could ask them to carry the OBC from cruise #1 to cruise #2? This would be useful info for our next B2B. (Hopefully we actually HAVE OBC to use like last time!)

The Sail & Sign Account has to be cleared after midnight or each sailing. If you get a check for anything left over you can go cash it at Guest Services before starting the second week (don't wait because the entire system gets cleared ............. tried to deposit a refund check for the second sailing as was told I waited to long, the check would have to be cashed/deposited at home) so make sure to do it before 10:00 am to be sure you can.

They can not split OBC's between sailings, the computer only has it for that one sailing .............. tried that last year when I had more OBC for the first sailing than the second ........ Guest Services said they couldn't to that since they have no control. OBC is on your account from the Accounting Office in Miami. Played heck with pre-purchased OBC one time ............ luckily I had the receipts but it took 5 days to get all the OBC applied through Miamito my S&S Account ............ ship couldn't just reveiw the receipts and do it .......... they had to send copies to Miami to get it done.

Each sailing is independant of the other ............. even casino credit, if you don't cash out by midnight on the first sailing it's gone.
