Carnival ship arrive 10-8 St Thomas-Can we do a full day catamaran sail? Suggestions?

Our family and friends are hoping to do a full day sail on a catamaran to St. John. As I'm looking into companies, I'm finding that they full day sails starting at 9am. We won't be getting there until 10. Do you know of any sails that might work with us for a full day sail? Thanks!!
