Blue Lagoon Theraputic Qualities

Hi everyone, just been reading about the Blue Lagoon in Iceland in preparation for visiting whilst on the Brilliance OTS TA this year.

 

The great thing is, we're overnight in Rekjavik so I'll be able to sample the local nightlife. So, will the Blue Lagoon cure my hangover? If so, I am anticipating visiting the greatest thing ever!

I've been to Iceland a couple of times but never with a cruise ship. With that said, I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Blue Lagoon. I have to admit that I have never been there after a hang over, but it is so beautiful, the mud you put on your from there is amazing and makes you so soft and yes, they say it has healing properties. Hang over or not, I would not miss this jewel. Have a wonderful time.

Totally agree. We loved the Blue Lagoon, I could have stayed twice as long as we had. It is fun to explore different areas to find hotter and cooler locations.
