Tell Me about the Glowing Sea

I saw on the Travel Channel about the water in San Juan area that glows in the dark. Where is it and does anyone know how to book a tour to see it.

I know there is a tour through Carnival called Bioluminescence Kayak Tour which I would suppose takes you to that body of water you mentioned was shown on Travel Channel. Sounds interesting but I would probably never be able to get in or out of a kayak so I'll just forego that tour :D

Herb's right, that's the excursion.

If you are only going to be in San Juan from 5 pm - midnight, like we are, the Carnival excursion is about the only way you can do this.

 

I prefer non-ship excursions, but due to the tight timeframe, none of the independent operators would do the tour for us.
