pre-paid gift card??

Has anyone gotten their $100 mastercard pre-paid gift card yet??

 

I'm referring to the promotion in January. Use a mc to book your trip and be one of the first 1000 to fill out the form, they would send a $100 pre-paid card. Still haven't received ours and now I'm being told there is no mention of that in my booking. Just curious...
