Anybody have any recipes off the QM2 ?

 

I'll start with the following:

 

BBC Baileys Banana Colada

 

1 oz Balieys Irish Cream

1 oz Rum (preferably Dark Rum)

1 oz Banana Liqueur

1 Banana

3 oz Pina Colada Mix

 

Put Banana and liquer into blender until it is a thick paste. Add Baileys Irish Cream, Pina Colada Mix, and rum. Blend well then add 1 cup of ice and blend again until Smooth .

 

 

Stuffed Strawberries

 

8 oz Cream Cheese

2 Table spoons Grand Mariner

2 tablespoons sugar or spenda

6 strawberries

 

Put all ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.

 

Cut 2 dozen strawberries into quarters from the point end, but do not cut all the way through. Stuff strawberries with filling with either a spoon, and dip in sliced almonds or pecans, or use a piping bag and make a rosette design.
