divadiverfl Posted April 30, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 30, 2005 We have a trip planned with Princess in Jan thinking about cancelling trip and rebooking for the Valor because of the ports. Can you guys give me reasons why the Valor. I will take good and bad reviews. I love Carnival and wanting to try one of the newset ships.  I saw gatorclaws video and it was great. jule911 Posted April 30, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2005 We sailed the Valor Jan 30-Feb 6. It was about the 6th sailing. We had a great time. The ship is awesome, new, clean, the crew was great. The food choices were also incredible. We had absolutely no complaints about the trip. Any questions let me know.

Running_Dad Posted April 30, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 30, 2005 I was on the Valor's 2/13 sailing on the Eastern route. What stood out in my mind was the entertainment. It was fantastic! The Vegas-style show called "Far From Over" was fantastic. It is a tribute to the music of the 1980's. You will hear hits form the various artists that dominated the charts in the 80's. It also includes a performance by a couple of break dancers that will bring you to your feet. The comedians were hilarious:D . They were Jim Brick and Allyn Ball.
