Grand Lucayan Bahamas Beach Resort...CASHLESS?

THinking about doing the day pass at Grand Lucayan Bahamas Beach Resort but the resort is now cashless? How will that work, do i bring my credit card with us and they set up an acct for just the day? Anyone have any experience with this lately?

We went to Grand Lucaya resort two weeks ago.

 

They were not cashless then.

 

We paid cash at the security booth. We also ate and drank by the pool. A few of us paid cash, some paid with a credit card. Whatever works.

 

The resort is beautiful and I would love to go back for an extended stay (in fact I am looking into it)

How much is a day pass, what does it include, and how does one go about getting one? This is for Grand Lucayan Resort

We paid cash at a side beach entrance for the wristbands. Then at the bar we used a CC.
