Tampa and Westin Alamo/National

We have a cruise in a couple weeks leaving from Tampa. Upon return we have a car rental through Alamo at the Westin. I tried calling the Westin Alamo to ask this question, but as usual no one answered, it rang and rang and rang and went to voice mail. The VM indicated that they have a free shuttle to the port of Tampa.

 

Has anyone used this shuttle. We will be needing a way to get to the port after our cruise gets in on a Thursday. How often does their shuttle run? Is it a shared shuttle with the one that runs for Alamo/National at the Tampa Airport?

 

Does anyone have any experience using the shuttle for the Westin National/Alamo from the port of Tampa?
