Questions about butlers on Pride of Aloha or Pride of America.

What has your experience been when having a butler on Pride of Aloha? Do you find that to be an important thing? What is the lowest suite category that gets one? What do they do? I have a friend doing some early planning on one of the ships and I can't answer her questions. If you've had one, would you please give us some feedback?
