Carnival Conquest Panorama Deck 10 and forward public deck.

I had looked for this information before our cruise as we considered the most forward balcony cabin and I wasn't sure if it would be private or open to the public deck. Also was curious if smoking was allowed (it's not).

 

It did make a great way to quickly go see what was going on on the other side of the ship from where our stateroom balcony faced.
